Week 8...

February 19-25

2.19.10    Laundry day. Yuck. Krew didn't seem to mind though, he had lots of fun playing with the empty baskets.

2.20.10    Daddy is gone again, so the boys and I decided to go to Fillmore for the week.

2.21.10    I brought my sewing stuff down to work on while we were in Fillmore. This is one of the projects I did.

2.22.10    Kam LOVES to go swimming. I love these sweet goggles. He looks awesome :)

2.23.10    A little wrestling match with Grandma. Sarah came down with her boys to stay too, so Brock and Kam got to fight play all week long. Really though, we had a great time being in Fillmore.

2.24.10   This was a note that Kam wrote for his Daddy while he was away. It says "first we fight, then we play, then we sleep (zzzz)". Kam crossed off the things as they did them. It looks like all they got around to was the "fight" portion of the to-do list.

2.25.10     Spence took today off so he could help me with the boys at the doc. Krew was up for his latest RSV vaccine, and Kam had part 2 of his 5 year old shots. Boy was I glad Spence was there. It took both of us just to hold him down while the nurse stabbed him. It was very traumatic. Krew was crying until Kam started, then he just watched him in amazement. Rough day.

Week 7...

February 12-18

2.12.10     We put together our elliptical today. Looks like I don't have any excuse now. Yuck.

2.13.10    We had a birthday party for Miss Maddi today at our house. It is always so great to see Josh, he is such a great uncle to our little guys!  

2.14.10    Happy Valentines Day! How could you not want to give this little man a great big smooooch?!?

2.15.10   Daddy took off on another trip today and this poor little guy was watching him back out of the driveway. Kinda breaks your heart, huh? You would think we were used to it ;)

2.16.10    Of course since Daddy was gone, we went to Grandma Kim's for a couple days. My mom has been going on walks everyday and taking lots of pictures, so it seemed fitting as my picture of the day to capture her with her camera.

2.17.10    Why is it that everytime Kam gets the stomach flu, Spencer is out of town? Poor kid. This is the only time it is ever okay to sleep snuggled up on on the bathroom floor, next to a bucket, and it feels pretty good too.  

2.18.10    Getting so stinkin big, drinking from his sippy cup like a big boy. Now if he could only figure out that it works a lot better if you tip it back while you suck.

Week 6...

February 5-11

2.5.10     Cute little man just hanging out under his jumperoo.

 

2.6.10     Taking a tub in the sink in Fillmore. The boys and I went down for the weekend while Daddy was in Michigan. How cute is that little bum?!

2.7.10     Super Bowl Sunday with my boys. Krew enjoyed a nice nap on Grandma Ann's lap, while Kam and I watched some TV. Wow, Kam really needs his toenails cut and I really need a pedicure.

2.8.10     Tender moment caught on camera. Kam is sooooo in love with his little brother and I am so in love with the two of them. I hope they grow up to be such great friends.

2.9.10     Even though there was snow on the ground today, Kam insisted on wearing flip-flops to school. When I told him to go put on real shoes, he looked at me like I was completely clueless and let me know that he "has super powers in his feet that keep them warm all the time".  Well, who can argue with super powers?

2.10.10    We finally got Daddy home again. For a couple days, at least :)

2.11.10    Big Valentines Day celebration at school. Kam was a little "sweaty" writing his name twelve times on the cards, but we made it through with out too many tears ;)

Week 5....

January 29-February 4

1.29.10    Waiting for Daddy's plane to get in late tonight. Kam was NOT going to sleep until he got home, so we past the time by taking some silly shots of the two of us.

1.30.10     We celebrated Kam's big birthday #5 at Jumpin Jacks with all our family. The kids had the best time!

1.31.10     The aftermath. Wow. Kam got SOOOOOO many presents and they all ended up in the livingroom for the next several days. Today, we spent every spare minute building legos. I can't wait till Kam can do them on his own ;)

2.1.10    The big day. Kam turned 5 today. Where has the time gone? Really though, he is getting too big and grown up. It makes me a little sad. Anyhoo, our little family celebrated at Kam's favorite restaurant, Zupas, then topped it all off with a trip to Coldstone. Yum.

2.2.10     The little man. He is so full of smiles all the time, even when he is sick. He had been getting over RSV, wheezy and junk-filled lungs, and double ear infections. You would never know though, huh?

2.3.10    Doctors visits today. Kam for his 5 year well-check and Krew for a check-up on his little lungs and ears. Kam had a bit of drama when the nurse pricked his finger, so we had to reschedule the rest of his shots for a different day ;)

2.4.10    Krew never has two socks on. He LOVES to chew on socks, so he promptly removes one as soon as I get a new pair on him. Just like a little puppy.

Remember that I am a newbie at photoshop, so the pictures could probably look even better if I really new what I was doing. Someday I will be a pro ;)

Pretty cute, right? As soon as the weather decides to be "spring-like" we have a few more picture taking places we want to try with the boys. Stay tuned...
