Before I forget....

I will be the first to admit that Kam watches WAAAAAY too much TV.  The other day he proved that point to me. Here is our conversation:

Kam:  "Hey mom, is sometimes your hair flat and imaginable (unmanageable)?"

Me: (Thinking, what the crap? and where is he going with this? and where did he learn those words?) "Ummm, sure, I guess"

Kam:  "Well, there are these things called bump its and you ........(here he recited the entire commercial, basically word for word)

Me:  (Trying my very hardest not to laugh and take him seriously) "Sounds awesome bud"

Kam: "You could have a very stylish hair do. Maybe me and Daddy could get you some for your birthday."

And then he walked off like he throws around words like "stylish" and "unmanageable" every day.

Then part two of the bumpit infomercial by Kam happened today:

Kam:  " Hey mom, you remember those bumpits I told you about? Well there is this new thing called smooth away and it sniffs out the fur on your legs and a-bows (elbow; which he thinks your armpit, shoulder, or basically anything that has to do with you arms is) "

I should really limit his TV time more...but really, why does cartoon network have commercials like this? I don't really think they are quite reaching their "target" audience!  Maybe they are, what kid would want a mom with flat hair and fur?  ;)
